摘  要:采矿方法直接影响着矿山的生产能力、作业安全、矿石损失贫化指标及矿山经济效益,以往采矿方法选择大多用经验类比法,主观因素太强且有一定局限性,不够科学。采用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价法针对供选采矿方案进行定性和定量评价,系统层次化的综合分析优选采矿方法,贵州紫金水银洞金矿采矿方案的优选实践证明,这一方法事半功倍,值得推广。The mining methods have a direct impact on mine production capacity, operational safety, ore loss and dilution rates, as well as efficiency gains. In general mining method selection, the most prefer to use experiential analogism, highly affected by subjective factors, which is not scientific enough and has some limitations. A comprehensive way combining AHP with Fuzzy mathematical method was used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation on alternative mining methods. Then, the optimum mining method was comprehensively selected by systematic and hierarchical analysis. The practice in Guizhou Zijin Shuiyindong Gold Mine proved that, the comprehensive method had received good effect, and was worth to be popularized and applied.
