摘　　要：重楼是来源于重楼属多年生草本植物,约有19种,我国大部分地区均有分布。重楼药用价值越来越受到重视,药材消耗量持续增长,与生长周期长、自然繁殖率低的特性存在矛盾,导致野生重楼被掠夺性采挖,野生资源濒临枯竭。合理开发野生资源、保护重楼的生物多样性是保证重楼资源的可持续利用的重要手段,而遗传多样性的研究是生物多样性核心内容。使用多种分子标记技术可以研究重楼植物的不同居群之间、不同亚种之间以及种内的遗传多样性,通过遗传信息可以研究重楼不同亚种的分布规律和种质资源多样性特征。以此为基础,研究重楼属植物不同亚种之间的亲缘关系,为寻找新的重楼药源的替代种提供理论支撑,也为重楼分类学、系统学和植物地理学提供分子学证据。Paris polyphyUa is a perennial herb of Paris L. and it has about 19 species and distributes in most parts of our coun- try. As the medicinal value ofparidis has been concerned,the consumption keeps growing,which is conflicted with the low reproduction rate and long growing cycle of paridis, and the predatory excavation leads to the drying up of wild resources. The protection of wild re- sources biodiversity and rational development is an important way to assure the sustainable use ofparidis resources, and genetic diversi- ty research is the core content of biodiversity. Molecular marker techniques were used to study the different groups, varieties and intra- species of genetic diversity of Paris. Using the genetic information, the distribution regularity of Paris varieties and characteristics of germplasm resources diversity can be known. On the basis of the genetic information, the study on interspecific relationships of Paris can provide theoretical support for seeking the substitutes, and provide molecular evidence for taxonomy, systematics and phytogeogra- phy of Paris.
