摘 要:高校危机动员是完善高校内部治理结构,推进高校内部治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要维度。新时期,多发频发的高校危机事件冲击了传统的高校危机动员模式,高校危机动员呈现出政府、高校、社会组织、学生等共同参与的时代特征。因此,亟需转变单纯依靠高校力量的危机动员模式,建构多元主体共同治理的危机动员模式,以共治求善治,具体包括:引入开放共享理念、协同发展理念与创新发展理念;完善多元善治的权力体系与多元共生的制度体系;优化动员方式进路、动员教育进路与绿色动员进路。The university crisis mobilization is to perfect the internal governance structure, to promote the internal governance system and to make modernization of governance ability in universities. On the new stage,the fact frequent crises happened in universities influences the traditional university crisis mobilization model. The university crisis mobilization shows a new pattern that government,universities,social organizations,students and other parts are participated in the process. There is an urgent need to change the model of simply relying on the strength of universities on crisis mobilization. Building a crisis mobilization mode with joint subjects is to secure good governance through shared governance. Specifically,it is to introduce the concept of open sharing,joint development and innovative development,to improve the power system and institutional system of good governance system,and to optimize the mobilization mode path,mobilization education path and mobilization green path.
