摘　　要：高等院校是为社会培养高素质科研创新人才的主阵地,能够推动国家经济发展和产业升级,从而实现结构的不断优化调整。随着建设创新型国家战略的全面实施,以及知识经济、信息时代的快速发展,科研创新在发展高等教育工作中的重要地位和驱动作用越来越明显。通过对高校科研创新能力与地方经济发展之间的关系分析,探讨高等教育科研创新为区域经济快速发展提供服务时遭遇的困境,提出高等教育科研创新有效推动地方经济发展的策略。Institutions of higher education are the main places to cultivate innovative talents for the society to do scientific researches, which can promote national economic development and also promote industrial updating, thus achieving the continuous structural optimization and adjustment. With the full implementation of the strategy of constructing innovative country and with the rapid development of knowledge economy and information age, scientific research and innovation become more and more important in driving the development of the higher education. Through analyzing the relationship between the innovative capability of institutions of higher education and the development of local economy, this paper tries to explore the difficulties that the institutions of higher education will meet when they provide services for the rapid development of local economy, so as to put forward strategies for the institutions of higher education to promote the development of local economy with scientific research and innovation.
