西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作模式建设研究

摘　　要：面对当前西藏高校大学生严峻的就业形势,西藏高等教育对大学生的创新创业意识培养要求逐渐提高,在国家"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作之路已成为西藏高校人才培养要重点考虑的途径之一。加快构建西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作模式,着力营造西藏大学生良好的成长环境和氛围,对当前促进西藏高校大学生就业、缓解就业压力、培养西藏高校创新创业人才、维护西藏社会和西藏高校校园和谐稳定和健康发展意义深远。文章通过调查当前西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作的现状,分析了当前影响西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作存在的问题及障碍,并提出相应对策和建议,重点提出要构建"西藏高校大学生创新创业校企合作共赢圈模式"的长效机制。Because of the severe employment situation of college students in Tibet, the training requirements of Ti- bet＇ s higher education on college students＂ consciousness of innovation and entrepreneurship is gradually in- creasing. Under the background of ＂All-people Entrepreneurship and Innovation＂, college-enterprise coopera- tion for students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important path for talents cultivation of higher education in Tibet. Speeding up the construction of college-enterprise cooperation mode for students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship in Tibet, and creating a good environment and atmosphere for the growth of college stu- dents has profound significance for the employment of college students, the alleviation of employment pressure, and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and the maintaining of the harmonious, stable and healthy development of Tibet＇ s society and the college campuses in Tibet. We investigated the current situation of college-enterprise cooperation for college students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship in Tibet, and analyzed the problems and obstacles of the cooperation, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and sugges- tions. We focused on building a long-term effective mechanism of win-win circle model for the college-enter- prise cooperation mode for college students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship in Tibet.
