推动西藏非公有制企业绿色发展的对策分析

摘　　要：绿色发展是以经济与环境和谐为目标而发展起来的一种新型经济形式,推动非公有制企业绿色发展具有非常重要的现实意义。当前西藏非公有制企业已经成为促进全区社会经济快速发展的重要力量,但仍存在资源效益性不强和绿色发展意识不高等诸多现实问题,导致其融资不畅、发展不稳、竞争力弱等。为了全面提升西藏非公有制企业自身发展潜力,增强其生态环保意识,通过对西藏非公有制企业绿色经济活动现状进行调查,旨在分析根源和寻求解决问题的途径,为全面提升西藏非公有制企业绿色发展能力和促进其健康、可持续发展等提供参考。Green development is a new form of economy, which is developed in the harmonious development of economy and environment. Currently Tibet＇s non-state-owned enterprises have become important forces to pro- mote regional economic and social development, but there also exist some problems in them, for instance, the economic benefits from resources is not satisfactory, the awareness of green development is insufficient, and so on. In order to comprehensively improve the development potential of the non-state-owned enterprises in Tibet, and improve the awareness of environmental protection, we carried on an investigation of the green development of the non-state-owned enterprises in Tibet, and analyzed the causes of the problems and attempted to find out solutions. The research aims to provide a reference of how to enhance the green development of the non-state- owned enterprises in Tibet, and how to promote healthy and sustainable development of them.
