摘 要:由死区时间和开关管非理想开关特性引起的逆变器非线性对交流电机驱动系统产生很多不利影响,如导致逆变器输出电压和电流波形畸变及逆变器供电的交流电机驱动系统出现转矩脉动等问题,直接影响交流电机驱动系统的高性能控制及其无位置传感器运行,亟需对逆变器非线性实施合理补偿。为此,论文首先分析逆变器非线性对开关管有效导通时间和逆变器输出电压的影响,然后总结现有逆变器非线性补偿技术研究现状,并对现有逆变器非线性补偿技术进行分类和比较。最后,揭示逆变器非线性补偿亟需解决的关键技术并展望其未来的发展方向,旨在实现逆变器供电的交流电机驱动系统的高性能鲁棒运行。The inverter nonlinearity caused by the dead time and non- ideal switch characteristic leads to the negative influence on AC motor drive system,such as the distortion of inverter's output voltage and current and torque ripples of AC motor drive system,which directly affect its high performance control of AC motor drive system and its position sensorless operation. Therefore,it is of great necessity to reasonably compensate the inverter's nonlinearity. In this paper,the inverter's nonlinear effects were firstly analyzed on the effective turn- on time of switch and inverter's output voltage. Then the current research status concerning the inverter nonlinear compensation were summarized and the existing nonlinear compensation technique were classified and compared. Finally,the key technique problem necessary to be solved for compensating inverter 's nonlinearity was revealed and the future research directions were predicted in order to realize high performance and robust operation of motor drive system.
