摘　　要：应用型艺术人才培养是我国新时期文化艺术建设的重要工作之一,其培养规格与质量至关重要。文章从应用型艺术人才培养的现状分析入手,对其存在的问题进行了剖析和探讨,并据此提出了相应的路径选择,以利于提高和改进应用型艺术人才培养的规格与质量,促进新时期我国文化艺术事业的繁荣与发展。Applied art talent cultivation is one of the important work in the construction of culture and art in the new period of our country. This article from the analysis of the current application of art talents,the problems were analyzed and discussed,and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve and improve the quality and specifications of training applied art talents,promote the prosperity and development of China＇s culture and art in the new period.
