摘　　要：粮食运输是铁路物流的重要组成部分,而电子商务物流与物流金融协同发展是现代物流、信息流和资金流三流合一的体现,为此通过粮食物流探索适应铁路物流发展的经营之路。在分析铁路电子商务物流与物流金融协同的必要性和可行性的基础上,结合哈尔滨铁路局物流实践,阐述铁路粮食电子商务物流与物流金融协同的运作流程,并提出在运作过程中应重点关注的商业模式、物流金融模式、电子商务物流平台构建、粮食仓储中心规划等问题,为铁路物流可持续发展提供借鉴。Grain transportation is important to railway freight logistics. Coordinating logistics finance with e-commerce is manifestation of combining logistics, information flow with finance flow. The paper explores the operation of developing railway modern logistics by grain logistics. This paper discusses the process of synergy, and some important problems concerned on basis of analyzing necessity and feasibility of cooperating logistics finance with e-commerce on railway freight logistics in order to offer references value for sustainable development of railway freight logistics.
