摘　　要：文章以P180号砂布为研究对象,测试并分析100,200,300,400和500 r时3种品牌砂布的磨削规律,为实木地板100 r表面耐磨测试提供指导。结果表明,上海现代品牌的砂布500 r校准结果在95~125 mg范围内,砂布质量满足GB/T 15036—2009实木地板要求;3种品牌砂布的磨耗规律基本一致,100 r时砂布的磨削能力最强,磨损量在25~37 mg之间;随着耐磨转数的增加,砂布的磨削能力逐渐减弱。In this paper, the grinding procedure of three different brands P180 abrasive cloth were tested and analyzed under 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 r, which provided guidance for 100 r surface abrasion test of solid wood flooring. The results showed that the calibration results of Shanghai Xiandai brand abrasion value under 500 r of abrasive cloth were within 95~125 mg, the quality of emery cloth meet the GB/T 15036—2009 solid wood flooring standard. The grinding performance of three brands abrasive cloth were basically the same, which was the strongest at 100 r and the wear loss was between 25 ~ 37 mg. With the increase in the number of abrasion resistance, grinding performance of abrasive cloth gradually weakened.
