摘 要:为了降低温度对基于悬丝支承型加速度计的加速度通道精度的影响,分析了该型加速度通道的特性,采用六位置标定试验方法完成了在全温范围内的测试,提出了该型通道误差的温度补偿模型,并利用软件仿真的方法最终提高加速度通道输出精度。该补偿方法可以使该型加速度通道的性能显著提高,具有良好的适用性,便于工程应用。In order to reduce the influence of the temperature change for the acceleration channel based on the pendulous accelerometer, characteristics of the acceleration channel was analyzed. Six positions calibration method was adopted to perform the experiment in multi-temperature spots. Then a medel for the error of the channel was designed with the data from the experiment. Finally,the purpose for raising the precision of the acceleration channel was realized using the emulational technique. This method can improve the measure accuracy of the acceleration channel evidently, and has good usability and is convenient for engineering application.
