摘　　要：某螺栓在车辆运行过程中发生断裂。采用金相组织检查、硬度测试、拉伸测试、化学成分分析、断口宏观和微观分析等方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓螺纹受力面存在的折叠缺陷是其发生疲劳断裂的主要原因。A bolt fractured while the car was moving. Metallography examination,hardness measurement,tensile property test,chemical composition analysis and SEM techniques are used to analyze the reasons. The test results show that laps discontinuities on the thread are the main reasons of fracture.
