摘　　要：目的观察脑动脉瘤破裂出血经早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗的临床疗效。方法从本院2013年2月至2015年2月收治的脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者中随机选取68例进行研究，均采用早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结其临床治疗效果。结果68例患者中58例（85．29％）预后良好，7例（10．29％）预后较差，3例（4．41％）死亡。结论早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血具有显著的临床疗效，有助于促进患者预后，值得临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of early microsurgical clipping aneurysm operation in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage. Methods 68 cases of cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected in the study, all patients underwent early microsurgical clipping aneurysm operation. The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed, and the efficacy was summarized. Results The prognosis of 58 cases （85.29%） was good, the prognosis of 7 cases （10.29%） was poor, 3 eases （4.41%） died. Conclusion Early microsurgieal clipping aneurysm operation has significant curative effect in the treatment of cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage, which contributes to the promotion of patients＇ prognosis, worthy of clinical promotion.
