摘　　要：目的 分析Pilon骨折采取内外固定治疗的临床应用效果.方法 将本院2013年2月至2015年12月收治的54例Pilon骨折患者实分为研究组和对照组,各27例,研究组采用外固定支架联合有限内固定治疗,对照组则单纯采用有限内固定治疗,并对比两组的临床治疗效果.结果 经过6个月～2年时间的随访发现,研究组的并发症发生率为7.40％,与对照组的33.33％相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;功能恢复良好率研究组为77.78％,效果优于对照组的51.85％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;从整体的复位效果对比上看,两组组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 内外固定治疗Pilon骨折患者,操作简单,固定可靠,能够有效提高患者的功能恢复效果,且治疗过程中无明显并发症,治疗风险较低,值得推广.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of internal and external fixation for Pilon fracture.Methods 54 patients with Pilon fracture treated at our hospital from February,2013 to December,2015 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,27 for each group.The study group were treated with external and internal fixation and the control group with internal fixation.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results After 6months-2 years follow-up,the incidence of complications was 7.40% in the study group and was 33.33% in the control group,with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.The good and excellent function recovery rate was 77.78% in the study group and was 51.85% in the control group,with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.There was no statistical difference in overall restoration effect between these two groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions Internal and external fixation for Pilon fracture is simple and reliable and safe and helpful for the recovery of the patients＆#39; function and has no obvious complications,so it is worth being generalized.
