摘  要:风能作为对环境无污染的可再生能源,已经被世界很多国家开发利用。由于风电的随机性、不稳定性等特点,给电力系统的经济调度带来新的挑战和要求。为了降低风电并网带来的影响和损失,在风电功率预测的基础上,建立了含风电场的电力系统经济调度模型,并且在计算整个调度成本时把机组停运造成的损失考虑了进去,然后采用了改进的粒子群算法模型求解,并对所提出的改进粒子群算法进行了证明,最后在10机机组实验系统中应用,求解得到最优机组组合和最优经济成本。仿真结果表明了所提出模型和算法的有效性。Wind energy,as a renewable energy without pollution to the environment,has been developed and applied by many countries in the world. In view of the randomness and instability of the wind power,new challenges and demands of the economic dispatch for the power system has been brought out. In order to reduce the impact and loss of wind power integration on the system,on the basis of wind power prediction,an economic dispatch model for the power system with wind farm is established in this paper. Meanwhile,this paper takes into account the losses caused by the outage of the unit when calculating the whole dispatch cost and uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model. And the proposed improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proved in this paper. Finally,the optimal unit commitment and economic cost are also obtained by applying the model to a10 unit experimental system. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by the simulation results.
