摘　　要：根据青年教师参与《中药化学》课程教学改革过程中的体会,从青年教师加强自身学习,创新授课内容,改革评价模式等方面,论述青年教师在教学改革中的成长,为提高青年教师《中药化学》课程教学水平提供参考。青年教师通过参加教学改革,迅速适应岗位要求,完成角色转化,能提高教学水平。The growth of young teachers engaging in the teaching reform was discussed, aimed at providing a reference to improve their teaching quality on the course of Chemistry of Chinese Medicine, based on the their experience of the teaching reform on this course and some aspects including enhancing the ability of study, employing innovative way of teaching, and reforming the evaluation mode. With this teaching reform, the young teachers will meet dem- ands of position quickly, perfect the role as teacher in teaching transformation, and then be able to improve teaching quality.
