个性化愈合基台预防种植义齿水平型食物嵌塞的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用临时冠材料制作个性化愈合基台,引导种植体上皮袖口愈合和软组织成形,预防种植义齿水平型食物嵌塞。方法选择后牙种植修复患者6例6颗牙,采用埋置式NOBELreplace种植系统,在二期手术中应用临时冠材料制作个性化愈合基台,引导种植体上皮袖口愈合和软组织成形。结果术后观察随访1个月,6例均未见明显水平型食物嵌塞。结论应用临时冠材料制作个性化愈合基台促软组织成形修复,能有效预防水平型食物嵌塞。Objective To observe the application of individualized healing abutment made of temporary crown material to guide the healing of dental implant epithelial cuff and shaping of soft tissue and prevent horizontal food impaction with dental implants.Methods Six patients（six teeth） with dental implants of molar teeth were selected to apply the embedded implant NOBELreplace implant system, and individualized healing abutment made of temporary crown material was applied in stage-Ⅱ operation to guide the healing of gingival epithelium cuff and the shaping of the soft tissue. Results During the one-month follow-up visit, there was no obvious horizontal food impaction. Conclusion The application of individualized healing abutment made of temporary crown material can promote the shaping of the soft tissue and prevent horizontal food impaction effectively.
