摘 要:目的探讨头穴针刺配合综合康复训练对儿童孤独症的治疗效果。方法将56例孤独症患儿分成2组,观察组采用头穴针刺配合综合康复训练,对照组仅采用综合康复训练,治疗前及治疗结束后1 w内,用《PEP-3自闭症儿童心理教育评核(第3版)》进行康复效果评估。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组PEP-3评估分测验各因子原积分、合成分数标准分及沟通、体能因子标准分对应发展月龄均较治疗前增加(P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较,观察组在认知、语言理解、语言表达、模仿(视觉/动作)和行为特征-语言5个分测验项目,沟通因子标准分对应发展月龄方面均较对照组增加(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练对孤独症儿童各种症状的改善有一定效果;头穴针刺配合综合康复训练能更明显改善孤独症患儿的语言认知模仿水平,提高患儿的沟通能力。Objective To explore the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the treatment of children with autism. Methods A total of 56 children with autism were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training, while the control group with comprehensive rehabilitation training only. Rehabilitation effects were evaluated according to the Pep-3 Autistic Children Mental Health Education Assessment(the Third Edition) before the treatment and one week hhhafter the treatment. Results The original integral of each sub test factor, the standard score of composite score and the standard scores of communication and physical factors corresponding to the development month age after the treatment were higher than those before the treatment( P〈0.05); the observation group had better performance in the five sub test factors, i.e. cognition, language comprehension, language expression, imitation(vision/action) and behavior characteristics-language, and the communication factor standard score corresponding to the development month age than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training has certain effect on improving the symptoms of children with autism; scalp acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation can significantly improve their language, cognition,imitation level and communication ability.
