地方高校大学生创业中的团队问题研究

摘　　要：随着新技术的不断发展,社会生活形式的变化,为大学生创业提供了较好的发展机遇,同时由于我国大学毕业生人数的增加,大学生创业成为全社会关注的问题。当前地方高校大学生创业中的团队问题,很值得重视与深入研究。大学生创业团队组建、团队教育培训,外部支持团队等等,应从更新理念做好顶层设计,整合资源、实现共赢,和搭建平台,实现多方互动三个方面作为解决问题的思路和途径。The continuous development of new technologies and the changes of social life provide college students with good opportunities for entrepreneurship. With the increase of the number of college graduates in China, the so- ciety focuses on their entrepreneurship. The paper analyses the entrepreneur team of the college students, and there are three problems in the entrepreneurial team, that is, education and training team, external support team. The paper puts forward the ways to solve the problems from the perspectiv tegration of resources, achieving win - win, building platforms, and e of updating the idea of top - level design, realizing multi -parties interactions.
