摘 要:为了提高微力测量系统中载荷传递的精度,并增加其抗偏载性能,研究了一种双平行四杆柔性机构。运用等效的思想,将柔性铰链部分的变截面厚度等效为一个恒定的厚度,并构建了其模型,简化了计算过程。引入奇异函数法分析双平行四杆柔性机构各参数对测力过程中抗弯刚度和抗扭刚度的影响,通过有限元软件验证了计算分析结果的正确性,为深入研究微力测量系统的传力机构、综合提高其各项性能提供了依据。In order to improve the accuracy of load transfer of the micro-force measurement system and increase its resistance to Anti-bias load performance, a double parallel four agencies of flexible mechanism is presented. By equivalent thoughts, the variable section thickness of flexible hinge is equivalent to a constant thickness and the mechanical model is established to facilitate the calculation. The torsional stiffness and bending stiffness of the double parallel four agencies of flexible mechanism is analyzed by singular function in the process of measuring force. The conclusions have been confirmed in the finite element simulation. This conclusion can provide the theoretical approach for optimizing Comprehensive Performance of the micro-force measurement system.
