摘　　要：针对实现变冲程发动机工作模式及配气定时切换的问题,根据其工作原理,利用计算与仿真手段,设计了配气切换机构的凸轮廓线和切换机构的结构,验证了凸轮的运动学和动力学特性,在某单缸四冲程发动机配气机构的基础上,开发出了一种变冲程发动机配气切换机构,经加工成型及装机试验,结果表明切换机构工作良好。Aiming at the problems of working mode and valve timing switching in a variable stroke engine, this paper designed a cam profile and a mechanical structure of switching mechanism using calculation and simulation according to its working principle.The kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the cam were verified. A valve switching mechanism for a variable stroke engine was developed based on a single cylinder four-stroke engine. By molding, assembly and bench test, the results showed that the switching mechanism has worked well.
