摘  要:对已有的球-盘弹流润滑薄膜测量系统进行改进与完善,设计了旋滚式弹流润滑薄膜测量系统。该系统采用无接触连续加载,能够实现精准、稳定的随动动态加载;同时采用同步带传动和玻璃盘调平技术,提升测量系统的传动精度和运动平稳性;系统采用激光光源和外部同轴照明设备,大大提高了干涉图像的成像质量。利用该系统对旋滚条件下钢球-玻璃盘接触副形成的稳态弹流油膜进行了试验研究,并同已有理论进行对比,验证了该系统的精度和稳定性完全能够满足试验要求。A spinning-rolling EHL film measurement system was designed to improve the ordinary ball-on-disc EHL measurement system. The non-contact continuous load was adopted to realize accurate stable following dynamic loading. At the same time, the synchronizing belt and disc alignment technology were used to obtain the transmission accuracy and motion stability. A laser external co-axial illumination was used to improve the image quality dramatically. Under spinning-rolling conditions, the steady elastrohydro film formed by steel ball-glass plate contact pair was tested. The test result was compared with the existing theory, the accuracy and stability of this system were verified to fully meet the test requirement.
