德沃斯氏菌ANSB714对采食呕吐毒素小鼠生产性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响

摘　　要：针对呕吐毒素对动物的毒害问题,试验研究德沃斯氏菌(Devosia sp)ANSB714对采食呕吐毒素污染日粮小鼠生产性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。选取雄性3周龄BALB/c小鼠80只,分为4个处理组,每个处理组5个重复,每个重复为1笼4只小鼠。4个处理组分别为:正常日粮组、正常日粮+ANSB714组、呕吐毒素日粮组和呕吐毒素日粮+ANSB714组。试验期为28d,试验结束后,测定每个处理小鼠的生产性能(平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比)、免疫指标(IgA、IgG、IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α)和抗氧化指标(SOD、GSH-PX和MDA)。研究结果表明,小鼠采食呕吐毒素日粮后,平均日增重和日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),血清IgA、IL-6和TNF-α的含量显著升高(P<0.05)。在饲喂DON日粮基础上添加德沃斯氏菌ANSB714,显著缓解了由呕吐毒素引起的小鼠生产性能的降低,以及DON对免疫性能和抗氧化性能的负面影响。因此ANSB714可缓解小鼠的呕吐毒素中毒症状。The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of Devosia sp. ANSB714 on mice exposed to deoxynivalenol （DON） base on the problem of DON toxicity. In the experiment, 80 male mice were randomized with 4 treatments with 5 repeats each group., non-toxin control, non-toxin control ＋ ANSB714, toxin control and toxin control ＋ ANSBT14. The growth performance （ADG, ADFI and F/G）, immunity function （IgA.IgG.IL-1β.IL-6 and TNF-α） and antioxidation function （SOD.GSH- PX and MDA） were determined after 28 days experiment. During 28 days of exposure to the mice in all treatments, the values in toxin control are significantly lower than those in the other groups with regard to average daily gain and average daily feed intake, while there is no significant difference among other groups. Compared with the other groups, the levels of IgA, IL-6 and TNF-a in toxin control are significantly higher. Serum chemistry and immunity function in toxin control diet containing ANSBT14 return to the normal state exhibited by the non-toxin control. The results suggest that adding Devosia sp. ANSB714 to toxin diets could eliminate the negative effects of DON on mice.
