摘  要:目的构建黑龙江省ICU专科护士培训效果评价指标体系模型。方法采用德尔菲法对25名ICU医疗及护理专家进行咨询,利用层次分析法建立层次结构模型、建立判断矩阵,通过统计计算确定了ICU专科护士培训效果指标体系的指标、权重系数。结果确立了5个一级指标、20个二级指标、112个三级指标的ICU专科护士培训效果评价指标体系模型。结论 ICU专科护士培训效果评价指标体系模型的建立对规范ICU专科护士培训内容及考核方式,合理地评价ICU护士专科培训的培训效果和培训质量,促进培训的持续改进提供了有效的方法和依据。Objective To build a qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists. Methods By Delphi method, 25 ICU care specialists participated in the consultation. A hierarchical model was built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and judgment matrix was established. The indicators and weight eoefficients of the qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists were determined through statistical calculations. Results The qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists was developed with 5 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 112 third-level indicators. Conclusion The qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists provides an effective method and reference to improve the overall capacity of ICU nursing specialist team to promote the training quality of ICU nursing specialists.
