摘　　要：目的探讨种植覆盖义齿治疗下颌牙槽嵴萎缩疗效。方法选下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者60例。行种植覆盖义齿治疗,记录分析疗效和患者满意度。结果治疗总有效率达100.00%;种植覆盖义齿后患者咀嚼功能与固位、稳定性的满意度高达100.00%,语音功能与舒适性满意度达91.67%;治疗后咀嚼效率(70.82±5.5)%较治疗前(51.50±4.4)%明显提高(P<0.05)。结论下颌牙槽嵴萎缩患者行种植覆盖义齿治疗临床效果良好,满意度较高。Objective To study the effect of planting overlay denture on mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy. Methods Sixty patients with mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy were researched who were supported overlay denture treatment, recorded and ana- lyzed the situation of the efficacy and satisfaction. Results The effective rate was 100.00% after treatment ; satisfaction of chewing function and the stability was up to 100.00% ; voice functionality and comfort satisfaction were 91.67% ; masticatory effi- ciency after treatment [70. 82±5.5） % was significantly improved compared with the before treatment [51.50±4. 4） % （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Overlay denture planting owns good clinical effect on mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy with high satisfaction.
