巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸除联合折叠式人工晶体植入术对白内障的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸除合并人工晶体植入术对老年白内障的临床效果.方法：选取我院2012年3月～2015年2月收治的120例老年白内障患者,以数字法随机分为观察组（62例）以及对照组（58例）.对照组采用临床药物保守治疗,观察组患者在行巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸除后,对其再行折叠式人工晶体植入术.对比观察两组治疗后患者康复疗效.结果：观察组治疗后视力恢复效果较好,恢复效果较之对照组,明显更佳,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.观察组疗效为优者占比62.90%（39/62）,优良率为98.39%（61/62）,均显著高于对照组的43.10%（25/58）,87.93%（51/58）,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.揭示巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸除术后对患者植入人工晶体对治疗老年白内障,具有重要意义.结论：对老年白内障患者行巩膜隧道切口超声乳化吸除后对其植入人工晶体,患者视力矫正快,效果良好.Objective： To explore the c l inical effect of phacoemuls i f i cation combined with intraocula r lensimplantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods：120 cases of senile cataract patients were selected from March2012 to February.Digital method was randomly divided into observation group （62 cases） and control group （58 cases）.The control group was treated with clinical medicine conservative treatment.In the observation group,the patientswere implanted with a folded intraocular lens after phacoemulsification.To observe the curative effect of two groupsafter treatment.Results：After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was better,and the recovery effectwas significantly higher than that of the control group.And the effect is better than the control group.The differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Effect of observation group was excellent in accounted for than 62.90%（39/62）.The excellent and good rate was 98.39%（61/62）, significantly higher than that in the control group 43.10% （25/58）,87.93% （51/58）.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.To reveal the significance of the implantation ofintraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Conclusion：In the elderly patients with cataract,the intraocular lens was implanted into the posterior scleral tunnelincision,and the disease was fast and effective.
