中心静脉导管持续引流并注入顺铂联合白细胞介素-2及单纯注入顺铂疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:分析胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流并注入顺铂(DDP)联合白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及单纯注入DDP临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:将符合纳入标准的62例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流并单纯注入DDP治疗,实验组采用胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流并注入DDP联合IL-2治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率64.52%,明显低于实验组87.10%,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流并注入DDP联合IL-2治疗恶性胸腔积液具有良好的临床效果,安全可靠,有效改善患者生存质量。Object ive： To analyze the cl inical eff icacy of continuous drainage of central venous catheter andinjection of DDP combined with IL-2 in the treatment of thoracic cavity, and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods：Will meet the inclusion criteria of 62 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly dividedinto the experimental group and the control group,patients in control group were treated with thoracic placement of centralvenous catheter continuous drainage and intravitreal injection of DDP treatment,the experimental group with pleuralindwelling central venous catheter continuous drainage and injection of DDP combined with IL-2 therapy, comparedtwo groups of treatment effect.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 64.52% lower than that of theexperimental group 87.10%,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Thoracic placement ofcentral venous catheter continuous drainage and injection of DDP combined with IL-2 in the treatment of malignantpleural effusion has good clinical effect, safe and reliable, effectively improve the quality of life of patients, with goodclinical application value.
