摘　　要：政府与企业在新生代农民工培训中的角色定位不准确是当前新生代农民工培训缺乏实效的主要原因。基于此,通过分析政府与企业在新生代农民工培训中角色定位现状及原因,明确政府与企业在新生代农民工培训中的角色定位,以期探寻落实政府与企业角色定位的措施。The role of government and enterprises in the new generation migrant workers training is not accurate. Therefore, the current training is not efficient. This paper analyzes the status and reasons of the role of the government and enterprises in the training of the new generation migrant workers, then it defines the role of government and enterprises in the training of the new generation migrant workers, and the measures to implement the role of the government and enterprises are also discussed.
