摘　　要：系统论述了现阶段国内外在皮革感官特性参数测试方面的研究现状、设备组成、测试方法、使用优缺点及适用范围,分析其内在发展规律和外在市场需求,提出了今后的研究方向。This paper systematically discusses the research status at home and abroad at this stage in leather organoleptic characteristic parameter testing, and equipment components, test methods, the use of the advantages and disadvantages and the scope of analysis of its internal law of development and external demand, the direction of future research is proposed.
