摘  要:商业文化领域的研究在我国改革开放以后逐渐成为学界关注的热点问题。但长期以来对中国传统商业文化鲜有长时段、全方位的研究。中国传统商业文化涵盖了经济行为和文化行为两大方面的多种形态关系,经过不断包容-异化-传承,形成了以商业制度和商业伦理为核心,以乡规民约和民俗文化为外在表现的中国传统商业文化体系。清末中国传统商业文化虽然受到海洋文明和国内新兴资本主义思想的强烈冲击,但依然有很大一部分被保留至今。同时,通过对传统商业文化的研究,也为当前政府处理与市场主体之间的关系提供了有益借鉴。The research on business culture has gradually aroused the interest of academic circles since China' s of reform and opening up. However, few long -period and all -round researches on Chinese traditional business culture have been done for a long time. Our traditional business culture covers many kinds of relationships in economic behaviors and cultural behaviors. Through constant inclusion - alienation - inheritance, Chinese traditional business culture system formed, which was centered on business institution and ethics and expressed by rural regulations, folk customs and folk cultures. In the late Qing Dynasty, although strongly impacted by ocean civiliztion and domestic new capitalist ideology, a large part of Chinese traditional business culture has been preserved till now. Meanwhile, by extending the research into traditional business culture, this paper provided beneficial reference for the relationship between our current government and market bodies.
