摘  要:利用GT-Crank软件对柴油机曲轴瞬时转速进行仿真分析计算,研究了正常状态、单缸磨损、多个相邻缸磨损和多个非邻缸磨损状态下瞬时转速的变化规律,提取了状态特征参数,并分析了气缸磨损对其他缸的影响,为深入研究瞬时转速在柴油机状态检测诊断中的应用提供了理论依据。The transient speed of diesel engine crankshaft was simulated and calculated by GT‐Crank software ,the changing laws of transient speed under the conditions of normal state ,single‐cylinder wear ,multiple adjacent cylinder wear and multiple non‐adjacent cylinder wear were researched ,the characteristic parameters of state were extracted ,and the effects of cylinder wear on other cylinders were analyzed .Accordingly ,the research provided the theoretical basis for further studying the applica‐tion of transient speed in state monitoring and fault diagnosis of diesel engine .
