临床药师干预抗菌药物使用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在干预抗菌药物使用中的效果及作用。方法:选取我院2014年1-12月使用抗菌药物的患者90例为对照组,2015年1-12月使用抗菌药物的患者90例为干预组。对照组采用常规的抗菌药物用药宣教,观察组实施积极的临床药学干预,如建立合理使用抗菌药物制度对抗菌药物进行分级管理和使用情况反馈,进行培训与考核、组织查房等。比较两组患者抗菌药物的不合理使用情况,抗菌药物使用时间、品种数、费用占治疗费用的比例及合理率等。结果:与对照组比较,干预组患者不合理用药情况及抗菌药物使用时间、品种数、费用占治疗费用的比例明显降低,抗菌药物使用合理率明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合观察组2例实际案例分析,患者经临床药师干预后,恢复治愈的情况有了明显的改善。结论:临床药师对抗菌药物使用的干预发挥着重要的作用,通过医师和临床药师的积极配合明显减少了临床抗菌药物的不合理使用情况,减轻了患者治疗费用负担。OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists intervening in use of antibacterials. METHODS ： 90 patients who received antibacterials in our hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2014 were included in control group, and 90 patients who received antibacterials in our hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2015 were included in intervention group. Control group received conventional antibacterials education. In observation group, clinical pharmaceutical intervention was implemented actively, such as hierarchical manage- ment of antibacterials and implementation feedback, training and exam, ward round. Irrational use of antibacterials was compared between 2 groups as well as administration time, the number of types, the ratio of antibacterial cost in treatment cost and rational rate, etc. RESULTS： The irrational use of drugs, administration time, the number of types and the ratio of antibacterial cost in treatment cost decreased significantly in intervention group and the rate of rational antibacterinal use increased significantly, with statistical sig- nificance （P〈0.05）. Based on 2 cases analysis, the recovery of patients in observation group were improved significantly after clinical pharmacists intervention. CONCLUSIONS ： Clinical pharmacy has important effect on the use of antibacterials. Through the active cooperation of doctors and clinical pharmacists, it can reduce the irrational use of antibacterials and treatment cost.
