摘 要:为了探讨当量比对轴对称火焰碳烟体积分数分布及总量的影响,以乙烯扩散火焰及部分预混火焰为例,运用全场消光法测量火焰碳烟体积分数分布,其中入射光为700nm超连续激光,采用数码单反相机检测激光光束经过火焰前后的光强信号变化,结合高斯低通滤波器和三点Abel变换,确定火焰碳烟吸收函数E(m)值.对不同当量比火焰进行检测,建立火焰产生碳烟总量表征方法,讨论当量比对火焰碳烟体积分数分布及总量的影响.结果表明,结合高斯低通滤波器,数码单反相机可用于轴对称火焰碳烟二维体积分数场的测量;随着火焰当量比的减小,碳烟分布往火焰较低处偏移,火焰生成碳烟总量呈现出先增加后减小的趋势.The soot volume fractions in laminar partially premixed axisymmetric ethylene/air flames were measured using full-field light extinction to analyze the effect of equivalence ratio on soot distribution. The 700 nm supercontinuum laser passing through the flame was imaged on a digital camera. Gauss low pass filter was used to eliminate the influence of camera build-in noise. The soot absorption function E ( m) was determined Combined with three-point Abel inversion. Soot volume fractions of partially premixed flames established at different equivalence ratios were measured and the characterization method for the total amount of soot was established. The impact of equivalence ratio on soot formation was discussed. Results show that with Gauss low pass filter, digital camera can be applied to two-dimension soot volume fraction measurement in axisymmetric flames. The total amount of soot increases along with the decrease of equivalence ratio until reaches its maximum and then decreases while soot distribution keeps moving to the lower region of the flame
