摘 要:眼轴的异常延长是导致高度近视眼的决定性因素,而准确测量合并高度近视眼的白内障患者的眼轴长度是白内障术前人工晶状体屈光度计算的关键。目前,随着白内障小切口超声乳化技术和各种参数测量仪器的改进和完善,人工晶状体屈光度的精密计算成为可能,但术后屈光度与术前预留屈光度仍存在一定的误差。故本文主要对合并高度近视眼的白内障术前人工晶状体屈光度计算的相关影响因素和处理办法进行简要综述。The abnormal extension of the ocular axis is the decisive factor in the high myopia, and the accurate measurement of the axial length of the cataract patients with high myopia is the key to the calculation of intraocular lens power before cataract surgery. At present, with the improvement of small incision cataract phacoemulsification technique and various parameters measuring instruments, the precise calculation of intraocular lens diopter is possible. But there are still some errors between the postoperative diopter and preoperative diopter. Therefore, this paper briefly reviewed the influence factors and the treatment methods on the intraocular lens diopter calculation in patients before cataract surgery with high myopia.
