摘 要:目的优选首乌益智胶囊中益智、川芎药材挥发油的提取和β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,以挥发油提取量为指标,优选挥发油的提取工艺;以挥发油的包合率、包合物得率为指标,考察β-环糊精包合的工艺,并进行验证。结果本处方中益智、川芎中挥发油的提取最佳工艺为加入8倍量的水,提取5h;挥发油包合的最佳工艺为挥发油∶β-环糊精=1∶9,温度为35℃,包合2 h。结论该优选的挥发油提取工艺得油率高,包合工艺稳定,包合率高,操作方法简便,可以作为该制剂中挥发油提取、包合的工艺。Objective To optimize the process of volatile oil extraction and β- cyclodextrin ( β- CD ) inclusion fromFructus Alpiniae Oxyphyllae and Rhizoma Chanxiong in Shouwuyizhi Capsules. Methods Amount of volatile oil wasadopted as observation index,and extraction process of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal test.Inclusion rate of volatileoil and yield of inclusion compound were used as comprehensive assessment parameters to optimize β-CD inclusion technol-ogy and perform inclution validation.Results The optimum extraction process of volatile oil were:water volume of 8 time,extraction time 5 hours;The optimum inclusion technology of volatile oil were:ratio of volatile oil to β-CD was 1:9, inclu-sion temperature 35 ℃, inclusion time 2 hours. Conclusion The optimized extraction technology had a high rate of oilyield.The optimized inclusion technology was stable,had a high rate of inclusion.The operation method was simple,it can beused as the preparation of volatile oil extraction and inclusion process.
