摘 要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化,分析其水平与颈内动脉阻力指数的相关性。方法:选取2012年1月-2016年1月入住我院明确诊断为ACI的患者100例作为实验组,同时选取同时期门诊健康体检者100例作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组患者血清VEGF水平变化,全自动生化检测仪检测生化指标,同时应用彩色多普勒超声测量双侧颈内动脉内膜厚度(IMT)、收缩期峰值流速(SV)、舒张期末血流速度(DV)及颈内动脉血流阻力指数(RI),分析血清VEGF水平与IMT、SV、DV及RI的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,实验组患者血清VEGF水平显著增高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者IMT、RI均较正常对照组明显升高,SV、DV较正常对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。进一步Pearson直线相关分析提示:实验组患者血清VEGF水平与IMT、RI呈明显正相关(r分别为0.682、0.599,P均<0.01),与SV、DV呈明显负相关(r分别为-0.709、-0.611,P均<0.01)。结论:ACI患者颈内动脉阻力指数与血清VEGF水平相关,提示VEGF参与了ACI的发生、发展。Objective: To investigate the levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and analyze the correlation between carotid artery resistive index and .VEGF. Methods: There were 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction(experiment group) and 100 people with healthy(control group) selected for the study. The levels of serum VEGF were detected with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The biochemical indicators were detected by automatic biochemical detector. The levels of carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT), peak systolic flow velocity(SV), peak diastolic flow velocity(DV) and the carotid artery resistance index(PI) were measured with color doppler ultrasound. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of serum VEGF in the experiment group was significantly inereased(P〈0. 01) ;both the IMT and RI in the experiment group were significantly increased(both P〈0.01) ;both the SV and DV in the experiment group were significantly decreased( both P〈0.01). Correlation analysis revealed that the levels of serum VEGF in the experiment group were positive correlated with IMT and RI(r= 0. 682.0. 599, both P〈0. 01 ). The levels of serum VEGF in the experiment group were negative correlation with SV and DV(r=-0. 709、-0. 611, both P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The levels of serum VEGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly increased, and it was closely correlated with the carotid artery resistance index. Which revealed cytokine was involved in the development and progression of acute cerebral infarction.
