摘 要:采用Fluent软件对小剂量煤粉在滴管炉燃烧过程进行数值模拟,分析了不同富氧率、风温、风速及煤粉给料量对滴管炉内煤粉燃烧的影响。结果表明:提高风温有利于煤粉燃烧;满足煤粉能完全燃烧所需氧量情况下,适当降低风速有利于煤粉燃烧,反之,过度提高风速可能导致煤粉不能完全燃烧;提高富氧率能加快煤粉燃烧,导致生成CO量增加;一定条件下,煤粉给料量增加,煤粉完全燃烧位置有先增加后减小趋势。Adopting the software of Fluent for the numerical simulation of pulverized coal combustion in drop tube furnace, this paper analyzed the influence of different oxygen enrichment rate, air temperature, wind velocity and the amount of pulverized coal on pulverized coal combustion in furnace. The results showed that the increase of improving air temperature is beneficial to pulverized coal combustion. With enough oxygen needed for full combustion of pulverized coal, it is appropriate to combust pulverized coal when reducing wind speed while insufficient combustion will occur the other way around. The improvement of oxygen enrichment rate will speed up pulverized coal combustion, increase the rate of oxygen enrichment and the Increase of pulverized coal combustion supply will make the combustion position in a trend of decreasing after increasing firstly under certain conditions.
