摘　　要：以高新区创业园孵化器为研究对象,对高新技术企业集群形成动因及发展模式进行了分析,在明确企业孵化器定义和优势的基础上,得出企业孵化器在培育高新技术企业集群方面具有独特的作用,并阐述了企业孵化器影响企业集群的重要因素,最后对青岛高新区创业园科技孵化器进行了实证研究。Taking the incubator of high-tech zone as the research object, the paper analyses the development motivation and model of enterprise cluster. Based on the definition and advantages of business incubator, it is concluded that business incubator plays a unique role in cultivating high-tech enterprise cluster, and the influencing factors are elaborated. Finally, an empirical study is conducted on the science and technology incubator of Qingdao High-tech Zone.
