法律高职教育“工科化”模式质疑与改革研究

摘　　要：我国法律高职教育教学改革盲目照搬工科类高职模式,导致"水土不服",影响了法律高职教育的科学发展。究其原因在于法律高职教育所面向的职业岗位、教学内容、教育教学方式与工科类高职有着本质的区别,应当正视自身的特殊性,加强研究,科学改革,走出适合法律高职人才培养的改革路径。Abstract： The teaching reform of the legal higher vocational education blindly resulting in ＂The climate does not suit one. ＂, affect the scientific development of Polytechnic vocational mode, Higher Vocational Education in law. The reason is that the occupation post, higher vocational education of law teaching methods and Engineering Vocational College are essentially different, should larity, to strengthen research, scientific innovation, out of the path of reform for the oriented teaching content, face up to its own particucultivation of legal talents.
