摘 要:利用动态力学分析(DMA)方法研究了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、尼龙(PA)、聚丙烯(PP)、涤纶(PET)、中高分子量聚乙烯(MHMWPE)等6种常用渔用纤维材料的低温适配性及外部介质对其动态力学性能的影响,测定了样品的动态力学性能参数。结果表明:当测试温度由-20℃升至30℃时,几种渔用纤维材料的拉伸模量均下降。其中,UHMWPE、PET纤维具有较低的变化率,而PP单丝具有最高的变化率。DMA分析结果表明,纤维在使用温度区间或附近出现玻璃化转变峰或与结晶相关的α转变峰,使用温度区间纤维的力学性能对温度的敏感性高。若使用温度区间距离转变峰值对应温度远,则对温度的敏感性低。在水介质中,与UHMWPE纤维相比,PA分子链由于酰胺亲水基团的存在吸收了更多水分,模量下降更显著。The effects of low temperature and external medium on the properties of several common fishing fibers were investigated by dynamic mechanical analysis. And the parameters for dynamic mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that the modulus in tension of all the samples decreased when the set temperature rose from-20 ℃ to 30 ℃. The modulus of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) and Polyester(PE) fiber had low decreasing rate while of polypropylene it showed a obvious decline. The DMA results showed that mechanical properties for fishing fibres which had glass transition(orα-transition) within or near the usage temperature range were more sensitive to temperature. If the transition temperature of fishing fibres was far different from the usage temperature range, the susceptibility of mechanical properties to temperature was relatively low. In aqueous medium,PA fibers absorbed more water because of its amide hydrophilic group,resulting in more obvious modulus decreasing.
