盐酸米诺环素联合现代根管治疗术对牙周牙髓综合征的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究盐酸米诺环素联合现代根管治疗术对牙周牙髓综合征的疗效,提供治疗参考.方法 选取我院2013年3月至2015年8月收治的牙周牙髓综合征患者90例,根据治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各45例.两组均运用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组在此基础上实施现代根管治疗术,对照组实施传统根管治疗术,对比两组疗效.结果 观察组治疗3个月后、6个月后总有效率分别为91.11％、88.89％,均显著高于对照组的73.33％、64.44％;治疗前两组PLI、GI、PD、BOP水平比较无统计学差异,治疗后观察组PLI、GI、PD、BOP水平均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸米诺环素联合现代根管治疗术对牙周牙髓综合征疗效显著,明显改善了患者牙周牙髓症状.Objective To study the effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with modem root canal therapy in the treatment of pulp-periodontal syndrome.Methods 90 cases of pulp-periodontal syndrome in our hospital from Mar.2013 to Aug.2015 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.Two groups were treated with minocycline hydrochloride.Control group underwent traditional root canal treatment,while observation group underwent modem root canal treatment.The treatment effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.11% after 3-month treatment and 88.89% after 6-month treatment,significantly higher than 73.33% and 64.44% of control group.There were no statistically significant differences in PLI,GI,PD,BOP levels between two groups before treatment,while those of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride combined with modem root canal therapy in the treatment of pulp-periodontal syndrome is significantly effective,which relieves the symptoms of patients.
