摘 要:针对供电企业电能表检定过程中存在的系列问题,结合互联网+计量、物联网、大数据等技术,提出了电能表全自动柔性检定系统的设计方案,对系统的架构、各工作单元的功能、系统工作流程等进行了深入研究和设计。在研究U型检定仓的基础上,设计了并行检定仓。针对电能表从纸箱到周转箱转运过程中的技术瓶颈,设计了柔性机械手及配套的自动翻转装置,实现了电能表转运流程自动化。通过将全自动柔性检定系统与人工检定台及U型自动化流水线进行性能指标分析比对,结果表明采用本设计方案进行大规模的表计检测,可以显著提高检定效率,降低劳动成本,该设计方案具有很强的实用价值和推广价值。For a series of problems in the process of Watt-hour meter calibration in power supply enterprises,combining Internet + metering,Internet of things,and big data,this paper puts forward the design scheme of Watt-hour meter full-automatic flexible verification system,deeply researches and designs the system architecture,the function of each working unit,the system working flow and so on. The parallel verification cabin is designed based on the study of the U type verification cabin. For the technical bottleneck that Watt-hour meters are transferred from the cartons to turnover box,the flexible manipulator is designed With a complete set of automatic rollover equipment,which realizes watt-hour meter transport process automation. The full-automatic flexible verification system has more advantages than the artificial verification platform and the U type of automation line in performance index by comparison and analysis,the result shows that this design scheme can significantly improve the efficiency of verification,reduce labor cost,if it is adopted in a large scale of meter verification. The design scheme has a great practical value and popularization value.
