加味四逆泻心汤治疗胃癌根治术后患者20例

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨加味四逆泻心汤对胃癌根治术后患者的临床疗效。方法筛选本院2012年10月—2015年11月间收治的胃癌根治术患者40例为对象进行研究,对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案,研究组在此基础上添加加味四逆泻心汤治疗,对比两组患者累计生存率及复发转移情况。结果研究组2年累计生存率75.0%、3年累计生存率60.0%,显著高于对照组55.0%、40.0%,2年复发转移率40.0%、3年复发转移率45.0%显著低于对照组65.0%、75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味四逆泻心汤在胃癌根治术后患者治疗中的应用可显著提升患者远期累计生存率、降低复发转移率,对于提升患者生存质量与预后有积极意义,值得大力推广应用。Objective To observe and discuss the clinical effect of modified Sini Xiexin decoction on gastric cancer patients after radical operation. Method 40 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital were selected from October 2012 to November 2015. They were treated with chemotherapy of FOLFOX4. The study group was treated with modified Sini Xiexin decoction on the basis of the above therapy. The cumulative survival rate and recurrence and metastasis were compared between the two groups. Result The cumulative survival rate in 2 year of the study group was 75%, and the cumulative survival rate in 3 year of the study group was 60%. Recurrence and metastasis rate in 2 years of the study group was 40%, recurrence rate in 3 year of the study group was 45%. The cumulative survival rate in 2 year of the control group was 55% , and the cumulative survival rate in 3 year of the control group was 40%. Recurrence and metastasis rate in 2 years of the control group was 65% , recurrence rate in 3 year of the control group was 75%. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of gastric cancer after radical operation, modified Sini Xiexin decoction can significantly improve the long-term survival rate, and reduce the recurrence and metastasis rate. It can effectively improve the quality of life and prognosis for gastric cancer patients after radical operation, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
