摘 要:目的在新医改背景下,为了加强人才资源的纵向流动,同时优化住院医师规范化培训模式,提升农村基层卫生人员的服务能力。方法通过查阅文献,相关利益者访谈法进行探索研究。结果当前时期,百姓就医费用仍在逐年增加;住院医师规范化培训存在体系不健全,管理有交叉、基地建设不完善等问题;我国农村基层卫生医务人员总数开始出现减少。结论培训学员与农村基层医生进行“牵手”活动,是对当前住院医师规范化培训模式的积极探索,是为学员、村医、医院、社会创建多赢的工作方式。Objective Under the background of new medical reform, how to strengthen the longitudinal flow of talent resources, optimize the standardized residency training model, and improve the service capacity of rural grassroots health workers. Methods The research was explored through reviewing the literature and interviewing the stakeholders. Results In the current period, people's medical expenses has been increasing year by year; residency training system is not perfect, management and base construction is also imperfect; the total number of China's rural grassroots medical personnel began to decrease. Conclusion The activity that training students and rural grassroots doctors "hand in hand" is an active exploration of the residency training mode now. And it creates a win-win work mode for the medical students, village doctors, as well as hospitals and the society.
