摘 要:采用变性梯度凝胶电泳(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis,DGGE)技术分析在多环芳烃芘持续输入情况下,莆田红树林表层沉积物富集驯化前后5个月微生物的种属结构变化。结果表明,随着芘浓度的增加,富集驯化前后5个月沉积物的微生物种群结构和数量存在明显的演替过程,既存在红树林原有优势种属的消亡,也有新种属的增长,种群多样性降低后趋于稳定。试验结果为长期监测多环芳烃污染物对海洋微生物菌群变化的影响提供可靠的试验方法。With the press of PAHs- Pyrene, microbial community diversity and population dynamics of the mangrove sediments from Putian were analyzed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(DGGE) within 5 months.The results showed that there were prominent syllogistic process in community structure and amount of populations between uncultured and enriched bacteria with the increase of pyrene concentration. Meanwhile, it was found that the community changes quickly, some primary community dies out and some other microbial community increases quickly. The community diversity tends to be stable after decreasing. This experiment was carried out to establish an effective method for detecting the impact of PAHs resistant to the community diversity of marine microorganism.
