摘　　要：少数民族传统知识在提高当地民族竞争力,保护文化、生物的多元性,科学解决环境、粮食等方面的问题,赢得了广大少数民族群众的高度认可。与此同时,少数民族传统知识极为丰富,对其进行科学的开发与使用,不仅利于推动少数民族地区经济社会的发展,也对少数民族相关产业发展带来积极意义。但是,在对少数民族传统知识进行开发利用的同时,需要全面做好知识产权利益的保护工作,从法律层面确立少数民族地区知识产权保护地方立法,全面提升知识产权保护水平。Ethnic traditional knowledge in improving the competitiveness of local ethnic groups,the protection of cultural and biological diversity,science to solve the problem of environment, food and other aspects, to win a high degree of recognition of the broad masses of the minority. At the same time, ethnic traditional knowledge is extremely rich, the scientific development and use, not only to promote the development of minority areas of economic and social, related industries for the development of the minority bring positive significance. However, in the development and utilization of ethnic traditional knowledge at the same time and need to do a comprehensive protection of the interests of intellectual property rights,establish of the ethnic minority areas of intellectual property protection local legislation from the legal level,to enhance the level of protection of intellectual property rights.
