摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育课程是大学生心理健康知识获取的主渠道。如何通过此门课程的开设,使学生优化心理素质、提高心理健康水平、成为德智体美全面发展的大学生是任课教师进行教改的出发点。本文拟从体验式教学的角度来探讨大学生心理健康教育课程改革。University students＇ psychology health education course is the main channel for the acquisition of psychology health knowledge. How to through this course opened, to enable students to optimize their psychological quality and improve the psychological health level,become the all-round develop.ment of students is the starting point of teacher education reform. This paper attempts to explore the curriculum reform of university students＇ psychology health education from the perspective of experiential teaching.
