从正确留取标本的角度提高临床微生物检验的质量

摘　　要：目的明确严格遵守标本留取的操作规程、获得符合要求的检验标本,是保证检验质量和指导临床合理使用抗生素的的重要举措,强化临床正确留取标本的意识。方法对一个细菌检验案例全过程(包括发现、分析问题,与临床沟通明确并设法解决问题等步骤)进行回顾与分析,指出问题所在。结果标本留取不正确会导致错误的检验结果,并进一步误导临床的诊疗,产生更为严重的后果。结论标本的留取质量左右着整个检验最后的结果,继而间接影响着临床对病人病情的判断和治疗。明确影响标本质量的环节和问题的成因,提高临床医护人员的质量意识,无疑是避免上述不利后果最直接的选择。Objective To obey the operating procedures of sample collections clearly and strictly and obtain qualified test specimens is an important measure to ensure the quality of inspection and to guide clinical rational use of antibiotics. The paper aims to strengthen the consciousness of correct clinical sample collection. Methods Review and analysis the whole process of a bacteria test case, including find and analyze problems, communicate with clinical medical staff clearly and find methods to solve the problems, and point out the problems. Results Incorrect sample collection will lead to wrong test results and further mislead clinical diagnosis and treatment, producing severe consequences. Conclusions The quality of sample collection affect the final result of the whole test, and have a indirect effect on the clinical judgment and treatment of the patient＇s condition. To know the factors affecting the quality of specimens and the causes of problems and improve the quality awareness of clinical medical staff is undoubtedly the most direct choice to avoid the adverse consequences of the above.
