摘　　要：文章主要对美国和中国插电式混合动力汽车能耗评价方法进行系统性的对比,并对当前能耗评价体系提出合理化建议,旨在对插电式混合动力汽车能耗水平评估方式的修订完善提供参考。The PHEV energy consumption evaluation method between United States and China is systematically compared, and reasonable suggestions are put forward to the current evaluation system of PHEV energy consumption. Reference is provided to the Chinese government departments for revi- sion of PHEV energy consumption level evaluation.
