摘　　要：世界本科教育教学理念转向"以学生为中心",要求我国法律人才的培养向以"学"为中心转变。为此,要从法学教育的教育教学理念转向、教育教学模式构建、实践教学体系探索和法学教育质量评估体系的完善等方面入手,真正落实"以学生为中心"的法律人才的培养。The transition of university education to a ＂ student-centered＂ teaching philosophy demands that China＇ s training of talents in law steered to ＂ student- centered ＂ education. Such a trend requires that relevant teaching reform start from a diversion of educational and teaching philosophy of law education,the establishment of a proper educational and teaching mode,studies on practical teaching system and the improvement of an assessment system for law education quality.
